A teen who fatally struck Hurricane Irma evacuees with her vehicle will face multiple homicide charges.

Eighteen year old Zoe Reardon was booked into Cherokee County Adult Retention Center on May 14. She bonded out the same day on a $10,715 bond.

She is charged with second degree vehicular homicide, distracted driving, vehicular homicide, failure to yield to pedestrian in the roadway and use of electronic communication device under the age of 18.

The victims, 28-year-old Kaitlin Hunt, her 3-month-old daughter and 61-year-old Kathy Deming, were struck as they crossed Arnold Mill Road on September 9, 2017.

Kaitlin and her daughter were both evacuees. They were in town spending time with family.
